Zesty Shrimp Scampi

This delightful dish can be on your table in no time! We took a classic shrimp scampi recipe and added our Taste the Seasons Cajun Trinity mix for extra flavor and spice. Serve over linguine or rice.


2 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons oil

1 package Taste the Seasons Cajun Trinity mix

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup dry white wine or broth

1 pound jumbo (21/25) shrimp, peeled and deveined

Juice of 1/2 lemon (about 2 tablespoons)

Cooked linguine or rice


In a large sauté pan, melt butter with olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the Cajun Trinity mix and salt; stir in wine or broth. Simmer until wine reduces by half, about 2 minutes.

Add shrimp and sauté until pink, about 2-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in lemon juice. Serve over pasta or rice.
