Veggie Ham & Cheese Pinwheels

Pack in a lunch box or place on a party tray! These easy and yummy pinwheels are seasoned with vegetables and ranch-style seasonings from our Taste the Seasons Vegetable Tray mix. Although we prefer tomato tortillas, these are also good with flour, spinach, or whole wheat tortillas. Use smaller tortillas for bite-sized pinwheels.


1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature

1 package Taste the Seasons Vegetable Tray mix

1 (2 ounce) can sliced black olives, drained

1 tablespoon milk

2 (10-inch) tomato tortillas

1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded, divided

4 ounces cooked ham, diced, divided


In a medium bowl, blend together the cream cheese, Vegetable mix, black olives, and milk. Spread half of the mixture on one tortilla. Sprinkle half of the cheese and ham over the cream cheese mixture. Roll up the tortilla and wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Repeat using the second tortilla and remaining cheese and ham.

Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Cut off ends of the rolls and slice into 1-inch slices.
