Tzatziki Poached Salmon

The fresh and bright flavors of cucumbers, lemon and herbs in our Taste the Seasons Tzatziki mix enliven salmon in this quick and easy recipe. Add yogurt at the end to make a tzatziki sauce to serve over the fish.


1/2 cup water

1/2 cup dry white wine

1 package Taste the Seasons Tzatziki mix

4 (6 ounce) salmon fillets

Salt to taste

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt


In a large skillet, bring water, wine and Tzatziki mix to a simmer over medium heat. Place salmon fillets, skin-side down in the pan; cover. Cook 5-10 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillet.

Remove salmon from pan and keep warm. Simmer the liquid to reduce; remove from heat. Stir in yogurt. Serve with salmon.
