Taste the Seasons Pulled Pork

Without giving away our secrets, the spices in our Taste the Seasons Gazpacho mix are perfect to use in place of a rub for this slow-cooker pulled pork. Delicious on its own and used in a number of recipes, or add your favorite barbecue sauce and serve on a bun for a flavorful sandwich.


1/2 cup vegetable stock or water

4-6 pounds pork shoulder or butt roast

1 package Taste the Seasons Gazpacho mix

1/4 cup brown sugar



Pour the vegetable stock into a slow cooker. Add the pork roast; sprinkle the Gazpacho mix and brown sugar over the roast. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 5-6 hours.

Remove the roast and shred with two forks, removing fat. Add pork back to the pan juices in the slow cooker; toss to coat and reheat.
