Seasoned Tomato Soup

Add pizazz to an otherwise basic creamy tomato soup recipe with our Taste the Seasons Gazpacho mix! A touch of red wine vinegar balances the flavors of the acidic tomatoes and spicy seasonings.


2 (28 oz) cans crushed tomatoes

1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes

4 cups vegetable stock

1 package Taste the Seasons Gazpacho mix

1 tablespoon red wine vinegar

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 cups heavy cream



Combine tomatoes, vegetable stock, Gazpacho mix, vinegar, and salt in a large stockpot over moderate heat. When soup begins to bubble, stir in heavy cream and reduce heat to low. Simmer gently for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Makes 6-8 servings.
