Pecan Crusted Cajun Catfish

We love our catfish in the South! This recipe is so easy to prepare and has the robust flavors and crunch of Southern pecans and seasonings from our Taste the Seasons Cajun Trinity mix. The pecan-seasoning mixture works well on tilapia or other fish too.


4-6 (6 ounce) catfish fillets

3 tablespoons butter, melted

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 package Taste the Seasons Cajun Trinity mix

1/2 cup pecans, finely chopped


Preheat oven to 350°F.

Arrange fillets in a 9x13-inch baking dish. In a small bowl, mix together the butter, lemon juice, Cajun Trinity mix and pecans. Spread mixture over fish.

Bake 15-20 minutes or until fish is easily flaked with a fork.

Makes 4-6 servings
