Hot Cajun Trinity Crab Dip

Undoubtedly this will be the simplest yet most flavorful hot crab dip you’ll ever make! Our Taste the Seasons Cajun Trinity mix spices up a creamy smoky mixture of cheese. We use fresh crab claw meat, but you can splurge with lump crab if you wish.

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature

3 ounces smoked Gouda cheese, shredded

2 tablespoons sour cream

1 package Taste the Seasons Cajun Trinity mix

1 tablespoon dry sherry (optional)

8 ounces crab meat, picked free of shells

1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, finely shredded

In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, Gouda, sour cream, Cajun Trinity mix, and dry sherry. Fold crab meat into mixture. Transfer to a greased 2-quart flat casserole dish. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.

Bake in a preheated 325°F oven for 25-30 minutes until the mixture is hot and bubbly. Serve with crackers or bagel chips.
