1 teaspoon cinnamon

2 tablespoons butter, melted

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 package Taste the Seasons Hazelnut Café au Lait mix

1 tablespoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 cup butter, softened

8 ounces sour cream

1 1/4 cup granulated sugar

2 eggs

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

To make streusel topping: In a small bowl, stir together brown sugar, flour and cinnamon. Add 2 tablespoons melted butter and mix until combined; set aside.

In a medium bowl, stir together flour, Hazelnut Café au Lait mix, baking powder, and salt; set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter and sour cream. Beat in sugar; add eggs one at a time. Stir in vanilla. By hand, fold in the flour mixture just until incorporated. Spread into a lightly greased 8-inch square or 9-inch round pan. Sprinkle streusel evenly over the batter.

Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 45-60 minutes until the center of the cake comes out clean when tested with a toothpick. Let cool in pan.
