Hazelnut Cafe au Lait Cheesecake

This is the ultimate finish to any meal! For a deep, rich dark roast flavor, use two packages of our Taste the Seasons Hazelnut Café au Lait mix and for a lighter medium roast flavor use one package. Top with whipped cream and enjoy with your favorite after-dinner drink.

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/4 cup sugar

1/3 cup butter, melted

1 (8 ounce) container sour cream

1 or 2 packages Taste the Seasons Hazelnut Café au Lait mix

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, room temperature

3/4 cup sugar

3 eggs

In a small bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a lightly greased or parchment lined 9-inch spring form pan.

In a small bowl, stir together the sour cream and Hazelnut Café au Lait mix; set aside.

In a large bowl, cream together the cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs and beat until mixed. Blend in the sour cream mixture until well combined. Pour into the prepared crust and bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 60 minutes or until set. When properly baked, the surface of the cheesecake should not have any shine.

Cool the cheesecake on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Loosen rim of pan; cool to room temperature.
