Creamy Beef Mushroom Soup

2 tablespoons butter

8 ounces button mushrooms, coarsely chopped

3 tablespoons all-purpose flour

1 package Taste the Seasons Spinach Mushroom mix

4 cups beef broth

1 cup heavy cream

1 tablespoon dry sherry



In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté the mushrooms 5 minutes. Stir in the flour and Spinach Mushroom mix. Gradually add the beef broth; stir and cook until thick and bubbly. Add the cream and sherry and bring to a low simmer.
