Chocolate and Cream-Stuffed Strawberries

Bits of strawberries, chocolate chips, and a touch of balsamic in our seasonal Taste the Seasons Strawberry Chocolate mix enhance and sweeten a cream filling for fresh strawberries. You can hull the berries to stuff or cut them as we did for an impressive presentation.


4 ounces cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

1 package Taste the Seasons Strawberry Chocolate mix

30-40 fresh ripe strawberries, medium-large in size


In a medium mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese and whipping cream until fluffy. Stir in the Strawberry Chocolate mix. Spoon the mixture into a pastry bag or a zip-top bag with the corner cut off to form an opening about 3/8-inch wide.

On each strawberry cut an “X” from the tip down, being careful not to cut all the way through. Gently open each berry and pipe the filling inside. Chill until ready to serve.

Note: If desired, cut the stems from the strawberries so they more easily stand upright on a serving platter.
