Cajun Trinity Stuffed Tomatoes

With only a few ingredients you can easily make these beautiful tomatoes that are delicious served at any meal – even with eggs for breakfast! Our Taste the Seasons Cajun Trinity mix adds zesty flavors without extra moisture that is essential for a successful dish.


6 medium-large tomatoes

2 tablespoons olive oil

3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

1 package Taste the Seasons Cajun Trinity mix

1/2 teaspoon salt


Core and slice the top off the tomatoes. Carefully cut around the inside of the tomato and use a spoon to hollow out the tomatoes; discard the seeds and juice. Chop the pulp and tops; place in a medium bowl.

To the tomato pulp, add the olive oil, breadcrumbs, cheese, Cajun Trinity mix, and salt; stir to combine.

Place the tomatoes in a 7 x 11” baking dish and fill each with the seasoned breadcrumb mixture. Drizzle additional olive oil on top of each stuffed tomato. Bake in a preheated 400°F oven for 20 minutes.
